Scotland data:

0 deaths - was 0 last week

2048 cases - was 2726 last week

11.2% positivity - was 11.4% last week

444 patients - up 9 on yesterday - was 316 last week (up 10 on day then)

40 ventilated icu - down 2 on yesterday - was 25 last week (steady).

THESE ARE MORE HINTS OF HOPE COMING FROM SCOTLAND

So total deaths with England to come 1 was 0 last week.

The reported figure later last week was 15 - all from England.

And cases for the three nations are 3351 - it was 3794 last week.

England later added 20, 454 to total 24, 248

Yesterday England added 29, 732 To Total 32, 367 (but no Wales data yesterday recall)

VERSUS 21, 317 the week before in England. Total for UK becoming 24, 885.

Do you include those who are immune suppressed and for whom the vaccine does not work or those who have been advised by their doctors not to have it because they have severely allergic reactions to some of the constituents of the vaccines?
You know full well, based on his post previous to this one, that he was specifically speaking about the 49% of Americans that are CHOOSING not to get vaccinated, primarily on political grounds.

In other US vaccine related news:

Please help blues-

A lad in my little uns (10) class tested positive yesterday.
She last spent time with him on Friday as she sits next to him in class.

Does she have to self isolate now? get a test?

Do I?

Thanks

Yeah a fraction of the amount of deaths we’d normally have. People die everyday unfortunately, some from infectious diseases that are relatively harmless to the vast majority of the population (like COVID). Vaccines have worked, the link between infections and deaths is broke, it’s over. People who want this to continue are cult like in their demands and wishing for restrictions to continue. Does my head in. How many of them deaths were down solely to COVID? Very few I imagine.
He means 192 covid related deaths, not 192 deaths in total. That rate equates to 8x the number of road traffic deaths per week. But we still have seat belts and no drink driving and stop signs and crash tests.

Happened to us last week. She needs to isolate, and advised to get a test. You don’t unless she develops symptoms. You should get a letter from school with all the timings/isolation rules and advice on.

And driving licenses. And mandatory insurance. On the spot fines. Jail sentences for accidents caused through carelessness. MOTS. Emissions restrictions. No lead fuel.

And we tax every aspect of it through the roof.

Anyone would think the phrase 'it's a free country' is best taken with a pinch of salt.

Also need to pass a test to drive, also need a vaccine to survive.
