It tells you that the number of preterm births is basically the same (around 80), and that about 1400 had been born.

The second number is presumably is the number born at the time.

Chances are if she caught it only the day before the wedding it's unlikely she was infectious at the wedding. Most sources say the incubation period is from 2 to 14 days. Can understand your anger though.
