It's the other way around. Case numbers fall after death number rise.

Because the death numbers preceded lockdowns!
Lockdowns don’t make a positive difference. All the data from every lockdown shows the peak was before lockdown.
Lockdowns have caused deaths (the majority of those to come in the next 5-10 years) from lack of diagnosis of conditions.

the so called freedom day has not changed the NHS’s ridiculous treatment of COVID and no sign of it changing.

Greater Manchester

Weekly total cases:-

Bury 1149, Trafford 1286, Bolton 1489, Rochdale 1514 , Tameside 1577, Stockport 1733, Oldham 1840, Salford 1876, Wigan 2648, Manchester 3103

Little change but some good falls

Greek government is pressing ahead with its drive to have its health sector employees vaccinated. Currently, only 90% of doctors and 73% of nurses are vaccinated. If the new legislation is passed, then, as of August 16th, unvaccinated staff will be placed on indefinite unpaid leave, during which time they will also lose their social security. Ώπα!
Good on them.

There are valid concerns about lack of diagnosis and treatment, that you are smearing in unmitigated nonsense.

Complete misunderstanding of lockdowns. No surprise from you though.

We can hope. But if we were on the brink of an immunity mediated fall, we almost certainly wouldn't have seen such constant exponential growth for weeks.

So if fall it is, it'll likely be behaviour driven - schools out being the biggest reason to believe.

we have not. It has grown 4 percent in the last week.
