1107 cases - was 1520 last week


All we get at weekends
 
No Wales data today. We get Fridays tomorrow and both weekend days together Monday as usual now.

So total deaths with England to come are 17.

Last week at this stage it was 12

74 were added from England. Making 84 (2 of the 12 from Scotland and NI were discounted later).
 
Cases from the two nations today are 2195 with just England to come.

Last week it was 2827.

England later added 28, 968 to total 31, 795.

Yesterday England added 26, 241,
 
Zoe App today shows another continuing decline and perhaps the turning point:

Predicted cases down 1387 to 56, 818 - fallen every day in the past week.

Ongoing symptomatic cases also FELL by just 420 to 806, 321 - BUT this is the first day to day fall in many weeks of fast rising Delta wave ongoing cases.

It comes after some days where cases rising rose by less each day from going up by 12 K to just 2K yesterday in past week.

But this is the first actual day to day drop in ongoing symptomatic cases,
 
Zoe regional data today

In the regions Zoe also shows Northern Ireland take over as top region - UP from 597 / 1904 TO 649 / 2000

Wales also up but much lower down the table from 295 / 570 TO 318 / 602

Every other region FELL today.

London (top England region) from 1096 / 1320 TO 1063 / 1292

NE & Yorkshire (only other region with London and N Ireland in top watch zone) from 978 / 1359 TO 921 / 1296

North West is out of the top red zone and fell from 842 / 1103 TO 824 / 1089

The other regions just a bit below there.

But by far the best is Scotland - who are falling steadily every day and today from 280 / 491 to 241 / 443
