No Wales Data Update will be published today they just announced.

Yet another glitch in the system has seen it blow a fuse apparently.

Our tech does seem to have a lot of these problems in the UK.

Is this anything to do with the Lancet report on the inhaler steroid - Budesonide - that suggests this minimises severity of symptoms and cuts recovery time by a few days?

Seemingly they got onto it by investigating why asthma sufferers who use it regularly fared better than expected in the early days of Covid as they were deemed amongst the most at risk - for obvious reasons given how Covid attacks the body - yet they ended up not being to the degree feared.

Seems the inhaler was the key.

ITV This Morning had the wife and daughter of the anti vaxxer who died after catching Covid.

Their sad story should be watched by all who are still drinking the kool aid about what vaccines do and do not do.

Needless to say they are getting vaccinated now.

Too late for their family. But not for others.

My cousins husband is still in hospital with covid, it must be his third week now. They removed a clot from one of his lungs and he also has scarring on them. He is in his early fifties. He had the chance of the vaccine but said he wasn't being dictated to and would have it when he was ready. In spite of all the evidence like this the anti vaccers are still shouting against it.

ON 45 911 FROM 45 016 FOLLOWING 43 177 - 42 407 & 42 138 OVER PAST FOUR DAYS. A smaller increase today than yesterday.


Ongoing symptomatic cases still falling - BUT - these will lag behind the daily cases by a week or so.


ON 669 433 DOWN FROM 675 135 - DOWN previous days from 680 244 & 690 506.

Falls of of 18 159 - 13 804 - 10 262 - 5109 TO 5702 today.

Also seems to be slowing down but yet to reverse.

It's being developed by drugmaker Merck it's named molnupiravir it's in tablet form to be taken twice daily. It's in third phase trials. The more treatments the better
