My mate caught it in November. Was absolutely fine with it, no symptoms whatsoever.

He caught it again a few weeks ago ( new strain) and he was very nearly admitted to hospital as his oxygen levels were so low.
He hasn't got it anymore but still feels absolutely awful.

This guys in his 30s and fit as a fiddle

My dad 75 and got cancer had the Pfizer vaccine two weeks ago, tested positive today as did my mum and brother. Clearly two weeks is not long enough to provide immunity.
Hope they stay well mate, hopefully the vaccine at least mitigates the severity.

Couldn't say one way or the other but my son had every one of the main symptoms including loss of smell and taste over new year last year. So wouldn't be surprised that it was around then and he 'd had it.
My daughter was exactly the same, it was diagnosed as an ear infection but even with the antibiotics it took her a long time to recover which says it was more than that.

1200 all settings deaths - a lot of out of hospital England add ons again. 417 in fact.

23. 275 cases

No clue on positivity as England never bother reporting test numbers at weekends.

But 10, 277 lower than last Saturday.
