Yes but you can only do so much to help people. As well as individual responsibility, the communities who are affected have to lead the way in changing the views of the reluctant people.The problem is, it isnt just a consequence for them. If you live in an area where, for whatever reason, you have communities where vaccine take up is low, yours could be last schools to open. spend longer in tier 4/5/6. Whatever the 'punishment' will be for having higher cases. I can see it causing a lot of resentment
