very sad death figures obviously but the cases are plummeting quite fast now. End of Feb on this path will be very low.
 
Mum rushed in Sunday, dad rushed in today on 17th day after vaccine, stats say no one after 22 days is hospitalised, 5 fucking days is all he needed.

I can vouch for that - not heard an ambulance for days and in the city centre every day,

I'd guess until a vaccine is rolled out. What if uptake isn't that good? What if the vaccine's aren't any good? Gonna keep locking down ad infinitum?

I'm really getting to a point now where I'm not sure how much more of this I can take. The news is constantly mongering fear, karen won't shut the fuck up about lockdowns, healdplace is talking about long term rubbish. For someone who's mental health has been absolutely torn to pieces by this entire thing I have to be able to start living again soon, because merely existing isn't going to cut it.

That AZ vaccine news released today is simply brilliant, it means things will open up in a month of two and they will stay open, I cant see any need for further lockdowns, try and ignore the doom-mongering media and try and stay positive. We are nearly there I am sure of it.
