I hope you will all be OK.Not a great advert for the AZ vaccine: all five of us in our family have got the virus despite me and my wife being double jabbed months ago. My and my son are really very ill too. The other three are just starting.

This is not true.I don’t trust it as it was rushed through approval
You can feel whatever you want. It won’t be the truth though. My health is just about me, I feel I will put myself at increased risk by getting vaccinated

Is the correct answer.Out of curiosity what risk do you think your at with the vaccine over any other medication you may take?
as an FYI, These vaccines were not rushed. they had the same level of testing as any other vaccines, the phases happened quicker due to funding allowing trials to fill up quicker etc etc. and frankly are the most scrutinised medicines in human history.
It isn't....take care palNot a great advert for the AZ vaccine: all five of us in our family have got the virus despite me and my wife being double jabbed months ago. My and my son are really very ill too. The other three are just starting.
My concern is that the vaccine didn’t stand up well to a high viral load. Our ceiling came in last week and the house is a building site, so we’ve all spent a lot of time sitting on top of each other in a small second lounge with wooden floor and leather settees.Hope you are all on the mend asap.
Just think though without the jab, it could've been a lot worse! Vaccines aren't designed to stop all symptoms, their main function is to prevent as many people as possible from dying and getting seriously ill on ventilators etc.
All that tells me is that you’d have probably been hospitalised without the jab. whilst two of us feel like shit im not concerned about hospitalisation/death. Just irritated that we can do the building work and don’t feel well enough to work.
I know what you mean mate, and fingers crossed you'll be better soon. but just think, without the jabs you could easily be typing this from a hospital bed or even worse, rather than sat at home "just" feeling rough. My concern is that the vaccine didn’t stand up well to a high viral load. My 13 year old got it first and he’s not been out of bed for three days. All the classic symptoms plus vomiting etc. I came next and I’ve had a headache for a week, popping ears, temperature, cough and aching joints. In terms of how ill, much worse than a bad cold but not as bad as influenza (I think, I had it when I was about 12). Currently in bed and not eating but happily typing this message!Sorry to hear that. How ill are you out of curiosity?
Years of chronic underfunding and a country full of very fat people is why the NHS will be overrun. And this is why NHS hospitals will be overrun in the next few months.
Spain always has a surge in cases on a Tuesday as Monday's Case numbers reflect the position on Sunday with about half the cases being registered on Monday- it will still be nearly 30k though.Becoming a big problem there and nearly 44,000 cases yesterday but not sure how many of those are from the weekend. There were no case figures for Spain on either Saturday or Sunday on Worldometers.
He was 18 at the end of June.Nice try Joe but hes 17
My partner got it on Sunday morning but 3 days later she's much better so she had some base immunity to Delta that helped.Wife tested positive and is really unwell. She's had both jabs too.
How were you meant to describe your symptoms then? Not to be insensitive mate, but unless you're in intensive care, you're not 'really very ill.'
I had what I thought was a bad asthma attack a couple of years ago, and described my symptoms to a paramedic as 'shortness of breath.' He told me if I could talk, or even stand, i wasn't short of breath.
