GM boroughs weekly past 7 day case totals:

Bury 609, Rochdale 678, Oldham 757, Bolton 783, Trafford 899, Salford 987, Tameside 1086, Stockport 1132, Wigan 1157 , Manchester 1709

Everyone up today apart from Stockport whose better numbers continued - Wigan up by so much (99 in one day) it went second behind Manchester.

Tameside rising too and Salford close to going back over 1000 as well.

GM WEEKLY POP SCORES

Remember low scores good - going down good - high scores bad - going up bad

BOROUGH // POP SCORE TODAY // POP SCORE LAST WEEK // UP OR DOWN BY LAST 7 DAYS

Also WAS 4 weeks ago (up/down in past month)

NB:- These are now versus the week when the population was readjusted so some of the 4 week old Pop scores are artificially low for the next few days on that 4 week old comparison. The other more recent data here is unaffected. And in a few days neither will the 4 week old data be.

BOLTON 271 // 252 // UP 19 WAS 175 (up 96)

MANCHESTER 308 // 284 //UP 24 WAS 282 (up 26)

OLDHAM 310 // 240 // UP 70 WAS 303 (up 7

BURY 319 // 294 // UP 25 WAS 337 ( Down 18)

ROCHDALE 320 // 280 // UP 40 WAS 219 (Up 101)

WIGAN 350 // 262 // UP 88 WAS 179 (up 171)

SALFORD 376 // 331 // UP 45 WAS 219 (Up 157)

TRAFFORD 378 // 318 // UP 60 WAS 326 (up 52)

STOCKPORT 385 // 354 // UP 31 WAS 307 (up 78)

TAMESIDE 478 // 413 // UP 65 WAS 276 (Up 202)

Bolton the only one left in the 200s. Though it was well up today.

Tameside is clearly in most trouble and nearly 100 ahead of the rest now and rising daily towards 500.

Stockport was the only faller today and the pack behind almost caught up. A week ago it was as far ahead of them as Tameside now is of Stockport.

The low numbers a month ago caused by the population redistribution have one more day to run and then the comparison month to month will become more meaningful.

Good figures (when i say good … ) compared to the disaster everyone predicted ?
Never been a particularly bad problem over there, they are a very fit nation generally so don’t struggle with the obesity issues that we do.
