whats wrong with testing all of them before they start a shift ! jabbed or not!

believe it or not my wife is a sister in icu / covid ward my biggest worry is that most of the icu staff on her ward have left ! taken pay cuts and moved to other nhs jobs! another one is doing his hgv this winter because he is getting sacked in march for not being jabbed ! my biggest fear is that the staff that are left wont be qualified to treat people in intensive care for other things !

Mate you need to drop out of this thread. Everybody now knows your views so you're just on repeat. Lots of us come onto this thread as there's some knowledgeable people who give good information. When the situation changes, as it now has, we don't want to follow the mainstream news and it's hysteria as it's not good for many people's mental health. This place is a good alternative to find out what's going on. You're just clogging it up
 
Isnt this LATEST variant just a reminder that covid is something we will have to live with. We’ll have to make choices as responsible adults rather than sitting at home, pissing our knickers every time the scum media sensationalise something that may, or may not, be anything to worry about, waiting for the gov to tell them what they can and cant do

for example. We have a family xmas meal each for my 92 year old nanna. She missed out last year.
this years was booked but her 80 odd year old sister and 80 ofd year old cousin have decided not to attend. Theyve assessed the risks and are being cautious. My nanna has decided each xmas could be her last and has decided to attend

grown ups deciding what is best for them. Easy really
