I'm confused. Bundesliga restarts and yep face masks, social distancing and spraying the ball all present and then the game starts.

No face masks.
No social distancing.
Both teams heading the same ball.
Both tackling each other.
Contact at corners.

I'm just trying to work out the flaw in all of this, something isn't adding up!!

There should not be a ball kicked in the Premier League until it is safe for the fans to be present. End of.

Is that "socially distanced" fans or a 54,000 full house - because if we have a second wave we may have to wait a fair amount of time for the latter and if no football at all is played until then there will be a significant number of clubs going out of business with more job losses. If a season behind closed doors with TV income can help prevent that I can live with it even though it's not great to watch.

What company doing the tests for the premier league? Sure they got an independent company analysing the test.

Up thread the two lads who were cynical about those of us who said the games lacked intensity, presumably because they're very, very desperate for life to return to normal, have been proven wrong by the statistics: fewer 50/50s, more passes in the middle of the park etc etc. Funny how that keeps happening but yet they remained very attached to their positions.
