Coronavirus: Football Discussion Thread

La Liga working on a protocol to reopen their stadiums this season although it sounds like it will be limited. In France, stadiums will re-open to fans in France from 11 July, with up to 5,000 fans allowed inside to watch live sports.

I know the answer to this, but any indication how they'll decide which 5000 fans?

There is a good chance the league will be won at stamford's bridge as Luca called it - Royal Blue taking a point/s off Tutti Frutti. Who plays first over a weekend is going to be a big consideration in the first two sets of fixtures.

Seems I was correct.

Just watched Sky News, a report from Germany their R Rate has just gone up from about 1.9 to 2.7. There has been reports that one meat factory in Dortmund has 1,300 reported cases of the Covid19 virus.

So cleavers me saying yesterday that one player could play apart in passing it on to 300 others wasn't so far off the mark. This is why this season should have been declared null and void.

The German R rate fell back to 0.7 within 48 hours. Leave the decision making to the experts who understand how these things work rather than read a sensationalist headline and start flapping.
