It isn't human error to award a direct free kick anywhere on the pitch and to ignore the same infringement in the penalty area. It isn't human error to ignore all the tugging and holding at corners but to penalise it outside the penalty area. And it's not human error to allow certain players a number of warnings before being booked whilst booking others at the first opportunity. It is corrupt!
