Corruption in English football?

"Without being disrespectful to any club, we have a strategic plan at the Premier League and the strategic plan says putting a new name on the trophy in every six-year period. "That doesn't mean we don't want any team to win it. It just means we would rather see some sort of rotation, for all neutrals in the game (what Leicester achieved) was a big moment."

Until someone has the guts to ask what was meant by these comments and what is the strategic plan the stink of corruption will always be around the game.
Funny that they didn't have this outlook when United were winning it nearly every season.

David Coote, City v Sheff Utd (30/01/21) - Discuss.
What is there to discuss? If Torres really wanted a penalty he should have signed for the Rags, same with Foden, don't want to get kicked, sign for the Dipshits. I really don't see what Coote did wrong, in fact he did everything a far Eastern betting syndicate..... or Pigmol could expect of him. I mean, some of you lot expect far too much.
I for one have not seen a foul throw this season in any game bar ours today.

Honest

I only caught the 2nd half.....was there really a foul throw in the fist half?

Did whoever it was against throw it one handed, as I can’t remember the last time anyone was pulled up for a foul throw & there’s a fair few that could be pulled up

2 foul throws utterly laughable

Apparently Bellerin has been pulled up 5 times already this season.

I think it's a joke to pull them up anyway unless they're egregious or give an unfair advantage. Both of our "foul throws" (one definitely wasn't, I didn't see a replay of the other) were thrown backwards barely any distance to a defender. There's no way he's gained any advantage whatsoever. The sort of thing that a good referee lets go and a bad referee allows to ruin the flow of the game.
