No, there aren’t enough doctors and infrastructure and the NHS has been crippled by a decade of austerity.Not saying your wrong but isn't that little island crowded enough already?
Traffic is terrible and what about seeing a doctor and the NHS hospitals waiting lists.
Isn't there just too many people?
We are an aging population that needs migration to fill the jobs that younger people naturally do alongside help in care homes etc.
