I work for a global brand in mid Cheshire with about 4k employees, the demographics are as such;
Age 50+ are majority Liverpool fans, colleagues in their 30's and 40's are mainly rags, lads in their late 20's, arsenal, still bang on about the invincibles, early 20's Chelsea.
Hardly anyone supports the same team as their dad's.

I find it strange as growing up in Manchester, everyone whether blue or red, came from a family of blue or reds.
Places without an established big team, the locals tend to pick the best team at a young age and stick with them.
