What would you expect to be on certificate if said patient's were knocked down by a bus or, if in hosp, sadly get sepsis and died?

Johnson is an idiot. The virus is getting out of control. If the numbers now add up to a lockdown... well they‘ll probably be worse on Dec 2nd... so why make yourself a hostage to fortune and say the lockdown will ONLY be for 4 weeks. In early Dec Johnson will have a full scale Tory revolt and scientists telling him to extend the lockdown. I guess Cummings will be planning to shut Parliament early for Christmas to avoid any debate. There’s serious trouble ahead...

He has more chance of people complying now using a 4 week carrot. If he has come out now and said lockdown till end of Jan, far more would say, fuck that

Played it the best way to try and get the best outcome for now.

He will revisit in a few weeks to see if longer lockdown is needed.

To my mind, both me and my daughter are safer in an environment that I have secured. She has her ‘own’ chair, and doesn’t have to come across anything potentially dangerous caused by others.

So I ask you, where do you think she would be safer?

I have no evidence of this and it’s my own opinion.
But I think it’s the reaction the Government received during the first lockdown from people without gardens complaining about the ‘privileged’ few who can meet family in them.
We generally equalise things by curtailing what some have rather than improving what others don’t have.
