I'd hoped you were with me on every one Eamon ;)The message doesn't seem to be getting through over there, George.
I'm with you on this one. This is very serious and the repercussions for everyone will be grave, I fear.
Could the BBC have picked a less credible and generally unsuitable health correspondent than Nick Triggle.

I'm sure he's a nice chap and all that but he's totally useless in front of a TV camera and has been for years
They're used to following orders in Germany, perhaps. No deaths in Finland, who have also stopped testing contacts - only health workers. Germany still not in total lockdown but with the number of deaths well below ours despite many more identified cases. Mrs Merkel says it is their biggest challenge since WWII....
Pfft, because they are the master race of course
The scary thing is that 5 days after Italy’s 10th death they had 35 deaths. We’ve had 75 in that time since the 10th person died. Italy has been in lockdown since last Monday and their toll still hasn’t peaked. The government are still busy trying to cover their backs with bullshit statements like the science has evolved.
He's on BBC News right now reliving his question at the CHO Briefing - I'm expecting him to cry 'Oooh Betty' at any moment.
A week ago, the 12th, the UK had 10 dead. So a ten fold increase since then. Continuing with the half arsed isolation policy not an option.
It’s disgusting mate.
These products are vital to keeping babies healthy.
It might be their last day out until the summerJust went to couple shops. All crowded with over 70’s

At the same time Spain had 84 dead, now 700. Italy had a 1000 which is now 3000. So it is slowing down there.

Joking ffs
Has it occurred to you might be rather unfair on the individuals concerned in that rant. What is shameful about doing the best you can in such a desperate situation?I know. Almost seems like they realised a few days ago they’d got their numbers wrong and what a monumental fuck up they were making of this. Instead of introducing more drastic measures quickly though they’ve carried on staggering rather than looking bad by doing a complete U-turn. By the looks of it this is going to lead to many more deaths. Shameful
They should remove the sale of items such as this and centralise them at specific centres where they can be distributed fairly.
Saw a report on sky that some ebay sellers are trying to sell tins of baby formula for £300/400 each.
Hope they are shut down immediately and banned from eBay for life.
