Both China and the USA have now passed the one million vaccination mark.

These are the first steps on the road to a better world.

I realise that but they may well impact government thinking on dosage use for the other vaccines if protectivity from one dose is enough to allow time to wait for the second when more deliveries arrive.

This is a scarce asset and how to use it whilst it becomes less scarce is open to debate.

Licence for Pfizer is 2 30ml doses 21 days apart that would need to be amended first

They wont change the two dose one as they would have to apply for a different licence and another review into the one dose , it has already been passed for two doses after extensive research and trials , the gov have no say on doses just distribution , tony blair idea is a nonsense one
