What to use it sparingly? I am sure he would have referenced anybody like that to back him up,they are dying, they are probably terrified to go to work and want to be protected every second of their shifts, they will change it as per well established practices,i am sure someone that sits in an office doesn't get that,he is still getting battered for not getting enough out and whilst i have sympathy with the distribution problems dont shift it to the staff who use itGiven the guidelines have been issued in collaboration with the NHS, PHE and the WHO I would expect they have been in the occasional hospital.
