If you do accept them then the above is the guidance, it isn't law or anything, just advice from a QANGO, and the only recourse if refused is if you can prove in court they have breached the Equality Act.

Same as banning smoking, it was done in football grounds a year or two before compulsory ban came in, and most other work places 20 years before the ban.

I hope so too but Spurs seem to have gone full blown for Sunday bar under 18s. This info was only published at 1815 on 10/08 and bound to catch some people out.
