He might not be considered a "creative" midfielder but in my opinion the best midfileder bar none in the Prem is Essien.
Forget JT, I'd love to see Essien in a sky blue shirt.

i have to agree with essien. he seems to gone down the pecking order in chelsea with ballack, mikel, malouda favored by ancelotti's system.
essien is actually creative enough and his long range shots pack a mean punch.

lets concentrate on the defence now, far more important at this time.
