But is it a Sport or just entertainment,
Watching Boycott and Tavare in their "pomp"; now, THAT was boring, But you loved watching the bowlers trying everything to get them out, (2 sides to a story)

Actually, I'd take issue with the idea that Boycott was always boring. Yes, sometimes he was. I saw him construct some brilliant innings, with some excellent stroke play.

People go to the white ball game, expecting something totally different to the 5 day game. Foolish to think otherwise. So, yes; I'd say they go to T20 games to be entertained. By the way; can't cricket (whatever format) be both a sport AND entertaining?

If it was built for TV then it is Entertainment

I said it earlier, Boycott valued his wicket and built his game around a good defence style, But he always hit the bad ball and scored runs and kept the scoreboard ticking over.
