Would get rid of Crawley before pope personally but Bethell has to be in for the third test? Brook finally gone for 158. Pity he didn't get to his double ton. Will do well to get to parity, now that the tail is exposed (I'm assuming that you can class Woakes as part of the "tail", as opposed to lower middle order).

Seems like 158 is a score that gets people out. Remember Pietersen getting out twice on 158 and Chris Rogers in the Ashes too.

Biggest issue is how fatigued Smith is. He’s slowed down a lot.
