Did you see the state of them yesterday? All absolutely knackered or injured. Don’t under estimate the effects of going for 800+ in a test (Headingley) in hot conditions. Added to that bowling some short ball spells. Smith and Brook put 300 on and we’re still in the shit. Terrible decision by stokes. One of the worst
 
Fast bowlers throwing down bouncers at other fast bowlers is one thing but at a genuine No11 spin bowler comes across as a bit fucking shitty in my eyes.
 
Great fight back never expected to be only 180 behind so get them all out for 200 the wins in the bag..

Six zero’s and our tale was a joke! India did more also with the ball..

very silly scorecard, 2 big hundreds and, um, nothing much else (apart from actual nothings).

Siraj seems to have come up with a cunning idea of bowling at the stumps.

Will be interesting to see how many England need in the 4th innings. I assume that India will be thinking 450 again, but they can't afford to lose this one.

I'm assuming that they'll look to bat for two sessions, minimum, tomorrow. Get to around that 450 lead you said. Never been chased down in the fourth innings of a test match.
 
Is this our best new ball bowlers?! If so we are in trouble! At least tongue can bowl 90mph!

The consistency in length we are bowling been shite these two test matches!
 
Star studded Lanky XI batting second after losing the toss at the County Ground.

Hopefully Salt, Buttler and Livingstone can get at least 70 between them, but tends to go wrong when the star names return.

Keep them around 160 and a step closer to the Quarters.
 
I’d be tempted not to select Woakes in the Ashes. He averages over 50 in Australia and we have some exciting bowlers coming through.

I’d actually give us half a chance if we had a couple of tour games scheduled before the first test. Pity.
