300+ on the board for a start, 200 lead, and hope the wicket dries out and cracks with the weather as it isn't doing much.

Double Bill getting his record score helps, but suggests we may have to bat all day.

I'm not suggesting he should be retained, and if he is as ineffective at Lord's and England are two down, then they may have to act. However, their culture is to remain loyal to the players that have done so well in the last 18 months, so I just cannot see them changing.
 
All Surrey’s wins this season have seen them chasing down teams in fourth innings, including last week’s big one in Canterbury. Good knock by Williams.

The pitch offered absolutely nothing for him. He’ll deliver like he always does during the series. Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s still playing for England next year either.

Great knock for Bell-Drummond for Kent, 300 not out away to Northamptonshire. Kent's record score was 332 so Bell-Drummond just ran out of partners.
 
WW got his highest ever First Class score, now Blatherwick follows him and Morley just missed out on beating his.
