Playing across the line isn’t working. Park the sweep shot.
You might be surprised.Going down with a whimper here. 200 is at least 100 too few.
Surprised? I'd be staggered. Pleasantly so, mind. I hope you're right, I really do.You might be surprised.
don't think so
I dunno; something radical like, well, "they're technically not all that good"? In Bazball mode, they're brilliant. But, as you say, top notch batsmen shouldn't be missing straight ball, no matter how good the bowler, and Bumrah is very good If the bowlers are sending down deliveries akin to THAT Warne delivery, fair enough. Not a lot you can do then. But pretty straight, albeit quick, deliveries? Hmm."right, lads, you need to bat all day to have a chance. So tell me, how have 5 of you missed straight balls?"

200?Quite, it was more pointing out the flaw in technique for some of them.
Woakes got a brute, but being bowled behind legs sweeping is not a good look.
Slower pitches seem to be kryptonite to England's power game.
Still Archer will get a go this evening, and we'll see how India go. The trouble is that if they know they need 200, they won't mind blocking for 15 overs.
2 for 1 in reply156 for Lanky to win, 7.8 an over.
Lanky on top first 6, then Durham got above 10 an over next 6, then tied them back down with regular wickets.
