You'd think so. Or pretty damn close to it. The world record for the 9th wicket is 283 and Cricinfo's stats go down as far as 230. No Lancs in there:

I notice they are playing at Cheltenham, don’t know what the wicket is like there but if Lanky’s 9th wicket put on over 200 I assume taking 20 wickets won’t be easy. Remember going to watch Lancs at Bristol in the 1980’s in the Gillette or Nat West cup, over 650 runs in the day, which in those days was a lot
