Only their second stringers so far...I imagine they've got a couple of uncapped young players who'll be too good for England should the Aussies decide to experiment a little.

I think the next Ashes series in Australia should be 2-3 tests as this is just a waste of everyone's time.

Dinner arrived at the wrong time there for us. If we can get to stumps scoring at close to this rate with no more than 1 or 2 wickets down we could be close to parity.

More likely to lose 7 or 8 wickets instead though!

Oh well - only 6 wickets lost in the end!

I'm still convinced Australia are bang average we've just crapped the bed in every single aspect. We're lucky this ain't the Hayden, Ponting, Clarke, Hussey, Lee, Warne, McGrath era team don't think we'd make a second day over 5 tests unless they fancied racking up 700 runs for a laugh.
