If you are lat to play in the first group you will be last in the second due to rest days. In a 4 team group half the teams play last too.

In 1975 they played last went out, in 1979 they didn't came bottom. Fix.

If Pak score 199-246 they’ve to win by 65 runs

Think they need to win by 64 runs. If they had been chasing they would have needed to get the runs in 13 overs. Great effort. Really hope they go through.

If we were to get to the final, and we were to play either NZ or Pakistan, I'd choose Pakistan. I know we have beaten them both in the group, but I think you're more likely to get a below par performance from Pakistan, although they could turn up and be amazing, as they have been today, so far! Plus, if we have to lose to anyone, for me, losing to Pakistan is the easiest one to stomach.

The Pakistan cricket team is such a joy to watch as a neutral. They can be sublime or ridiculous, sometimes at the same time! They probably left 20 runs out there with the constant fall of wickets, which could cost them their place. Shame it's between them and NZ, who I have a lot of time for as well.

Anyone but India if England don't win it, and with the convicts already home.

Lots of people think women's cricket is a joke but there is some real talent out there with some innovation and even the male superstars are starting to notice and show up for lessons as to how to use the technique..
