I think the odds have shifted mainly because Pep fended off any Ronaldo questions and apparently the Norwegian paper boy said come to us. Based on that the odds changed and the slagging off of our senior execs from the usual mard arses began. If he doesn’t come to us it’s presumably because he wasn’t that keen on us, and on that basis we have dodged a real bullet, risking the dressing room morale for someone who only cares about himself would be a huge risk.
