Crystal Palace (A) | Post-Match Thread

Like how Pep plays Ferran on the right we all know he better down the middle but he is doing what he did with Foden when most of us was moaning about him play left sided when we all new his best position is on the right or central where he won the World Cup! You know what Ferran looked like he has improved on the right side…

Now Sterling who is going through a bit of a bad spell which is turning into him being twice as frustrating for when he was one of our best players..

personally for me Sterling will come through this as all top quality players do and if I was Sterling I’d be signing a new contract on what Man City are offering, have the feeling though If he doesn’t sign city will put him up for sale…
At the risk of death threats, I'm going to stick my neck out and say that even Mendy will come good eventually.
He needs to remain injury free and get a run of games.

Dog and Duck 0, City Also Rans 2.

Not a good watch but all that matters is the 3 points.

Striking is an ongoing issue, fortunately camouflaged to date but for how much longer? Sterling and Jesus can‘t hit a cow’s arse, hence Pep prefers a false #9. But, without detracting from the magnificent second half performance v PSG, both our goals were lucky.

Great one from Kun though.

Marvellous to see Sergio score - does that count as the title winning goal if the rags lose tomorrow ? An assured display today, we barely got out of 2nd gear, which should give the likes of Ake, Mendy and Torres a confidence boost. What an unbelievable season :-)

Fookin right it does :)
