Subs wouldn’t have changed anything. Sick to death of every fucking team we play parking the bus against us, teams never set up like this against Liverpool, how many times do we see Liverpool play a long ball forward to create a chance, city hardly have the opportunity to play a 20 yard pass forwards due to deep lying defensive lines with every **** behind the ball. I think part of our problem is the imbalance in the side.

We have Mahrez on 1 Flank receiving Ball,after,Ball,after Ball.Doing the same thing over,and over again.

On the other Flank we end up with Bernado/Foden/Grealish/KDB grouped up together virtually tripping over each other to get the Ball.We end up playing extra Balls every time, and over playing it.

We could have done with Gundog giving us more of a presence in the Middle.

What you don’t understand is Palace was moving the lines well and defended with their lives. We found it hard to pass through the lines. Great effort from the team tonight. Can not fault their desire to win.

If that decision was the difference between getting Haaland or not then it makes sense. Not winning the title for a single season to land one of the best strikers in football is a decent deal.

If they’re among the only points we drop all season, it’s quite usual and not that worrying.

Not sure what I’m missing but no wins against Palace or Southampton isn’t good and as such, is concerning.

I think we’ll win the league still by winning the dippers game but that doesn’t take away from some of the points dropped.
