Usually most of our creativity has come from wide players cutting in (sane Sterling and Mahrez) or creative central players (David Silva, KDB, Yaya)
Our wide players aint upto scratch with this and our central midfield is finished....

Whats the point in wide players going on the outside to put crosses into the box for Marmoush who must be 5foot 8 at best?

the way pep is, I bet he plays Kbd every game now till the end of the season, just to give him a good send off! fine by me, but don't but gundog or Kova next to him. is Gonzalez that bad? I thought he looked good those first few games. Also, maybe give Nunes a chance in midfield, at least he can run. I'm glad Foden is out, not cos he's injured, but he needs a break, a week in Tenerife?

I get why he’s picked McAtee - he’s does seem to be able to magic the odd goal from nowhere and at some point we need to give him a game or two to see if he’s got a future here. It wouldn’t surprise me if Bobb gets minutes today too (if we’re not chasing the game). The rest though, that’s a head-scratcher.

If Kevin is surplus to requirements next year why is he so important now that he plays every game.

Nunes and Grealish are definitely out. No mater how good they do Pep won’t play them. It’s just stubbornness. Nunes would make sense here to give some pace on the outside. I will never get what Lewis actually gives us.
Bernardo instead of McAtee would’ve been the only way to make this XI look even worse

I’ll always celebrate seeing local lads in the side, as do most of our match going fanbase. Oreily has been really good recently and I rate Mcatee highly as well.

The thinking is Pep knows best, however I think he’s gone to far this season even for him and his overthinking or lack thereof.
