Not officially till 3 October. CSKA CEO has just said uefa have sent them a list of possible sanctions, there's no 99% sure, he only predicts that cska can be punished with them. So it's 60-95%

– Предполагаю, что будет именно так. Во всяком случае, в письме УЕФА сообщается, что к нам могут применить такие санкции. Но при этом есть вероятность и того, что ЦСКА вообще исключат из турнира.

Huge blow for those who have booked flights and hotels if it is played behind closed doors. Would still be a great trip, but you'd be mightily pissed off if you'd paid expecting to see the game.

Nowt decided yet, I hope the 500 or so city fans who go get to see a game. It does not appeal to me, but harsh if city fans have a wasted trip.

It would be worse than Brighton away in 2008 , or maybe Pompey in 2009 :)

Or it could be the greatest away at the reserves/academy level

CSKA's CEO is quoted as saying that "it is likely that we will have to play all our home games behind closed doors because of the violence in Rome". If this happens, they're making plans to play again at Arena Khimki, where last year's match took place.
