On the Sat of Royal Ascot, I'd had a wedge on a Pricewise horse. It was well backed, so I was just waiting for the right time to lay. Gok Wan comes on, so feeling a bit fragile from the day before I pressed MUTE on the TV as I really wasn't in the mood for his shite.
Next thing I've nodded off for 10 mins and missed putting the lay bet in and predictably it lost. I was fecking fuming. I can honestly say even after some mental Friday nights, I've never ever dozed off during Saturday racing. What made it worse was they shown him afterwards crowing about backing the winner. Fair to say I'm not his greatest fan.
As for CH4, their page is showing FOUR live races tomorrow. Piss poor effort for a Saturday afternoon. Newmarket was scheduled, but looks like they've binned it off.

Just stuck a fiver on a horse in the 9.00 at Kempton ,seemed to have decent form and couldn't really see why it was 33-1 and it's won the little beauty .

Just down in my local Paddy Power and they have released a new Paddy Power Cash Card. Well get down to them and get it. €15 or £15 in free bets 5 of it is in the shop on the machines while the other 10 is a internet bet. You need to have a Paddy Power online account but well worth a look. I think the offer ends at the weekend. Was meant to do it earlier but never got around to it.
So my bets and looking at Southwell Johnny Murtagh is sending over 2 horses.
7.35 Steuban been off the track so long so at the price might not be worth doing. 5 Pound claimer on board.
8.05 Bwindi with Fallon on board looks the 1 that will win the race. Short price but my free 5 euro bet is on this today.

Kool Kompany in the race with Tiggy Wiggy , I Am Beautiful , Dick Whittingham , Anthem Alexander and Cappella Sansevero all still down to run this race if they all run could well be a pointer to what is the best 2 year old running at the moment and who will be the 1 to look at for next year.
