Dani Olmo

depends, there are some strange cases. But i doubt RM need him. they have Vini, Rodrygo,Mbappe, Guler, Jude, Dias, Valverde for attacking
need has never concerned RM, they only care about want

Real Madrid at one point had Zidane Figo Guti etc. all creating chances for the likes of Raul and Ronaldo... All those players were safe in the knowledge that Claude Makelele had their backs the team spine was setup for long-term success, it must've been a thrill for those players knowing domination for them was on the horizon, it was so obvious it would arrive for them too just as long as they didn't remove any vital cog.

Real then threw all logic out the window ditching the most vital cog they had Claude Makelele allowing him to join Chelsea, just to free the funds up so they could sign the most overrated player in football history from the rags, who funnily enough wasn't a patch on what they already had creatively and it left them unprotected at the back.
Chelsea must've been pissing themselves laughing and Real unsurprisingly went on to win next to nothing after this idiotic decision, they tried to rectify their catastrophic Makelele mistake with no mark replacements who weren't fit to lace his boots, shockingly at one point even turning to Everton's Thomas Gravesen who was an obvious failure in that role.

Real Madrid rarely do reason and logic because if a big name player is within their grasp then that takes precedence over anything else, it's all about the flashy toys with them and sometimes it leads to incredible success while other times it doesn't.

Makelele was near the end of his career anyway, they fucked up more when they sold Redondo even though he got a serious injury at his new club.

He is the new Isco. We've been sorta interested since 2021...

I already put him in his Isco box and kept it moving :p

100% accurate. The first rendition of the modern galacticos mainly underachieved (not to be mistaken with the original galacticos of Di Stefano and Puskas)...
