Don't think that can be true. It's his registration rights that have to held by the club and filed with the national association or federation.
A player has to be registered nationally for them to play in the champions league.
Registration for a squad place in national league competitions is different from registration rights.
It's not a deal we should be pursuing anyway.

Pep says you are wrong he said a defender and a midfielder. Think a good full back frees up enough players to cover defence without resorting to Walker.Stones,Dias,Akanji, Ake,Gvardiol, Pussey. How many more defenders do we need? Maybe a right back but we don't need any more defenders. We need 2 CMs and at least a new AM.
