I don't get it.

Here's a hint but we'll need our own lyrics:

"Agger Do! Do! Do!
Chase the cockneys up a tree!
Agger Do! Do! Do!
Just like Carra and Sami Too!
To the left, To the Right!
He brings strikers to their knees!
All the kopits Delight!
For the man signed from Brondby!!!!!"
Changing the "Agger do do do" to Agger`s a Blue Blue Blue :-)

You'd think it would perfectly suit their sense of the world being against them. You'd think they'd show a bit of gratitude for us helping them find true happiness.

Who goes to make room?
Nobody we are light at centre half, was exposed last season when Vinney was banned. If we can pull this off an excellent addition to the squad.

If anything we could let Savic and Boyata go out on loan for experience.

It will be interesting to see who Bobby chooses as his wingbacks, or will he rotate between 4 should he choose to play that system.
Stick with Clichy for lb and im not arsed about rb both zaba and richards are brilliant.
Mancini loves rotating his fullbacks/wingbacks. Loves it. I think we'll see Clichy against any pacy wing play and Kolarov more with packed defenses.

Exactly. It's a great move because it allows us to really use Kolarov to his full potential, and it also puts Micah in a position where he is more free to drive forward. Also, the BM consensus always seemed to be that Dzeko just needed the service, and it would seem that this would also help address that issue. I love that we are adjusting to what we have, and if we do sign Agger, it's not some crazy behemoth vanity signing, just a proven Prem solid one that makes the whole team work better. Weren't able to sign a wing? No problem, just line up five across the back and play to the strengths of your fullbacks who have definite wing-back ability.

I'm really excited about this new direction, and the fact that we are using a lineup that is almost entirely already gelled and settled in together. (And even if Bob does play a more traditional formation, Agger is still a great signing anyway... As much as I trust Lescott, there will be plenty of games to be had and the competition will benefit both young CBs.)

For me Clichy is the best lb in the prem and 2nd in the world after Marcelo, he should be starting every game apart from early cup rounds and maybe the odd home game against inferior opposition.
