But everything that is being said, has already been said. This is clearly worth a separate discussion/thread IMO.

Any incident where a person kills another person is considered a homicide. Whether it is a murder, or not, I'll leave that for a judge or jury to decide. The gun is on your dominent side , the tasar is on your weaker side so you dont make a mistake , training , also arent tasars yellow in places and has a different trigger, experienced officer
Unforgivable mistake and rightly ruled a homocide
Do you have a point? It’s absolutely immaterial to his murder.Apparently there was a warrant out for his arrest, as indicated above.
It was for attempted aggravated robbery, choking and holding a woman at
gunpoint for $820 in 2019, which, if true, is armed robbery with violence.
The online speculation that he didn't know there was a warrant out for his address is false.
Found this just, a Mail exclusive, I put it in the BLM thread.
In a separate thread, about "black lives matter" in general - and not about this particular incident - with incident-specific, unique talking points, and moreover, completely focused and clearly accessible under a separate topic. But everything that is being said, has already been said.
I am merely reposting an article, which appears to consider it a point by printing it.Do you have a point? It’s absolutely immaterial to his murder.
When you look at where the article appeared it's fairly clear what they're doing, and it's working unfortunately. Not that most Mail readers need any encouragement.Do you have a point? It’s absolutely immaterial to his murder.
Of course you are. What is their point, do you think?I am merely reposting an article, which appears to consider it a point by printing it.
I don't know what there point is. Their point on the other hand...Of course you are. What is there point, do you think?
Banged to rights and believe me, I’m self flagellating as I type.I don't know what there point is. Their point on the other hand...
As per the reply of a poster above, I'd have thought. If nobody could fathom why the bloke would tear off, I'd have thought being pulled for avoiding a charge for armed robbery, with a good chance of a very long stretch ahead,Of course you are. What is there point, do you think?
