Ozil is worth £42m and Silva makes him look like a school boy learning his trade.

Absolutely fantastic talent and the best player in the league, only disputable by Suarez in the form of his life.
I was having this conversation with an Arsenal supporting mate before we played them at our place. I alluded to the fact that I was looking forward to seeing the two of them in the same game, citing my wish to see the best players in the world in the flesh.
Post match, he still maintained that Ozil was the better footballer. In every aspect of the game, Dave leaves every other so called No 10 in the shade. The only other other attacking midfielder in the PL who even comes close is Samir Nasri.
You have to despair sometimes.
Hazard?
No, he's a little dangerous at times , but he's no hazard.
Fair point though, Hazard is good at this time but personally, aid still take Nasri as the perfect foil to Dave.

'With Silva in the side, frankly City could have played with eight men and still come away with the points.'

Jim White in the Telegraph match report.

By far the best playmaker in the world (and I mean it by far). It is unbelievable how underrated he is. Probably because he keeps quiet and does about his job and shows everything on the pitch. He doesn't crack on about anything and is genuinely a humble person. Just a joy to have him.

My absolute favourite current player, the guy is magnificent. Watching Mata today reminded me how good Dave is, a £37mil player that provided utterly naff all for 90 mins.

What App is that mate?

Can't be right. Surely Tevez would be in there?

I'd guess that Carlos and Sergio are numbers 1 & 2.

Tevez 1 and Sergio 2 it would be other way round if Aguero had working hamstrings

Not sure how he's not got MOTM tonight ....... Untouchable !

Fernandinho and Dzeko were excellent but this fellas on another planet.

Re: Silva - best since Bell?

You can debate about he and Bell all you want but there's no doubt in my mind that he's the best in the league

Some of those touches tonight. Unbelievable

Touch is world class and i mean world class - that term is massively over used but in this case sum's him up!!

Such an outrageously talented player that can split any defence with mesmerising passes & all round play

I LOVE YOU SPANISH DAVE
