Has he actually told them he wants to leave yet?
If not I can only assume that he prefers to wait for a move to Bayern next summer, (which would bring guaranteed success in a one team league each season), rather than testing himself in much more competitive premier league.
It's time for for the lad to put up or shut up, we can't be p*ssed about much longer.
NB. If it is Dzeko that's holding things up, just pay him up & tell him to do one, Vis a vis Nial Quinn, way back when.
