He clearly is. But just you watch if 1/4 of the names doesn't materialise. The haters will hate.
Tolmie has consistently been two steps ahead of the press on our transfer activity this summer (and indeed in the past). Even if deals don't materialise for whatever reason, our interest in the players is clearly genuine and Tolmie has been vindicated. Hopefully even the biggest sceptics will acknowledge that. But we don't need another thread getting derailed with all that nonsense.
Back on topic, de Bruyne is a hugely exciting signing if we close the deal.
