I'm the perennial opptedmist, just can't see this happening, off to sunny London Town, the Norwich, it's going to be an interesting interview, only worked down there twice and think I called the guy that is interviewing me a clueless ****, still got a nice night in Battersea to look forward to :)

Key thing here is De Bruyne prefers to leave Wolfsburg immediately and the whole idea of Bayern's loan back idea would be to keep the fee down, since I don't think they will offer what we are.

Hang on, there's no way that a one season loan for KDB is worth £40m.

So Bayern basically are trying to value Dante + 1 season of De Bruyne playing at Wolfsburg at £15m? Dante is nearly 32, and unwanted at Bayern, so maybe £5m if I'm being generous for him, so is keeping De Bruyne for 1 more season worth £10m to Wolfsburg? I don't see that somehow. Plus you've got the question of Dante's wages to factor in, which won't be cheap.

After apparently being embarrassed by a German at an awards ceremony because he doesn't speak the lingo. I bet he cant wait to sign for another German club. He could always do that or could come to Manchester and live near and socialise with 5 of his international colleagues.

There is also the small matter of KDB wages. I somehow don't see how he can make the same as with City, so he will loose money.

Well I'm still supremely confident that KDB will be a City player before the end of the transfer window. In fact I'll be shocked if he doesn't sign for us :)
