De Bruyne?

This isn't true at all.

Again, what you're suggesting is illegal and would presumably get both clubs kicked out of the Bundesliga and the relevant Directors arrested.

In theory yes but u cant Prove it. We have the same Problem With Red bull Leipzig and Red bull Salzburg. The DFL are powerless

Wolfsburg is owned by VW. VW will decide , the other board members have no Power.

The player has power. And the club is not VW. It is VW owned, yes. But in their own interests, and in business law it isn't that simple. It would be so ridiculously illegal if the situation you suggest was happening, that even Blatter couldn't get away with it.

Because VW is in Bayerns Board. Thats the Problem.

Its from Kicker and Spox the Source.

Like I say the Problem is Winterkorn and VW. Of course noone want to sell the best player to bayern but the coach and Sporting Director cant do anything. VW is shareholder of Bayern, and Bayern granted WInterkorn and VW some rights in the Club. Imagine if they sell him to City, Winterkorn and VW would be in huge Problems. And VW rather see him in their flagship bayern instead of City.
Remember Luis Gustavo ? He was transfered to Wolfsburg smoothly even though they had much higher offers.

Of course I hate the Situation in Germany, but like I say u cant do anything

How is this legal?

Well they've just signed Douglas Costa for 30 million euros and Vidal for 40 million euros so mebbe Pep lad doesn't agree with you pal.
Maybe they can't afford 70m on one player seeing as they bought two for that amount.

If anything, the above proves Pep probably does agree.

Its behind closed doors, so u cant say anything.

We have a Similar Problem with Redbull too! Red Bull Salzburg is transfering their players to Redbull Leipzig. The German League cant do anything, because they cant prove it.

here is a good Article if u can read german:

http://www.deutschlandfunk.de/fussb...dominiert.1346.de.html?dram:article_id=312370

Thats not true. If Wolfsburg allow Bayern to speak to KDB when they have received a larger bid from a non German club that is all the proof you would need.

In theory yes but u cant Prove it. We have the same Problem With Red bull Leipzig and Red bull Salzburg. The DFL are powerless

No you have a completely different problem with them.

You're suggesting a shareholder is purposely failing one of their companies to boost another one - this is a different problem than the Red Bull thing entirely
