kicker today claims De Bruyne would prefer to join Bayern. I hope this is pure speculation. Bayern are little bastards if it comes to deals. See Vidal. Heard nothing and at once boom. To be honest, I´m a bit worried now. Though not flapping.

Bar the official statement to the media that he was staying at Villa and then the U turn a week later, he was solely focused on signing for City ;)
I'd also add the pre-season friendlies where a couple of the EDS lads more than stepped up with some superb performances. One or two stood out and should be promoted to the first team this season ... lopes & denayer to name two.
Don't be stupid. Lampard was good for us. He had some stand out games, and he also played a big part in the fact we won the last 6 games of the season.
Bringing Delph in for Lampard is an improvement and good move, but don't try and slag off a good season from Lampard to try and prove Delph is a good signing.

Kicker are not that reputable and are seen as pro Bayern... Plus WOB would prefer to sell overseas than direct to Bayern who they are trying to tackle head on in the Bundesliga...

An excellent source on KdB you should listen ti is Kristof Terreur for HLN (Belgian paper)... he's on twitter @HLNinEngland
De Bruyne follows him and Kristof gets solid info on Belgian players regularly. He's been stating City are favorites for him for while and KdB is keen on a move (info only coming out in drips and drabs in the media) and mentioned over the weekend during the German Supercup that "Bony would love those KdB crosses"...
Yes we have 1 week left till West Brom however we have 4 weeks till the end of the window, so we should stay calm...

I'm not slagging Lampard off, but he was what he was and whilst he started the season well (for a mid 30's midfielder), he was not amazing, nor irreplaceable and Delph will have expect to start far more games than Frank managed.

I'm disappointed in the random way they were used pre season. I wish we would have put out some balanced sides, & had a serious look at how some of the kids performed under those circumstances. Denayer has had a bit of a sensible workout, & to a lesser extent Kelechi, but the rest have just been fucked about.
I expect we are about to sign DeBruyne, but I would love to have seen how Marcos Lopes looked doing his job, in a strong, balanced side, just in case, or even as an alternative.
