Kevin is not short of suitors or probably that means City aren't interested in him.
It's not like the Sterling transfer, where bids were leaked to the press and formally rejected. We're negotiating with Wolfsburg privately, and obviously they want to secure the best fee possible so it takes time. I think he'll be a City player by this time next week though.
