I honestly think he's coming now. The good thing about what's happened is, De Bruyne will have to come out and say exactly what he wants now, no bullshitting and no cutting corners. With all the rumours about him staying, he will have to make a statement and reconfirm whether he is staying or leaving, I think it's as clear as day that his agent wants City move. De Bruyne will be a city player guys, Mark my words!
