We've done all this, but once again, Zuculini & Iheanacho are both eligible as U21 in the Premier league (Zuculini was 22 in Feb). Iheanacho has only been at the club since October as he wasn't allowed to sign before he reached 18. Neither will be eligible as U21s in the Champions League this season.

Is it not that they have to be under the age of 21 by the turn of the year?

I'd say Yaya and Fernandinho on form are in the top five midfield pairings in the world right now, as well. You rarely see that combination of energy, tackling, possession, playmaking, vision, and scoring-threat.
